The team at 1st Security Solutions Ltd is honoured to have been recognised by the Armed Forces Covenant with a Silver Award under their Employee Recognition Scheme. The scheme recognises businesses that have provided exceptional support by pledging, demonstrating and advocating support for the Armed Forces community.
Having previously obtained a bronze award over the scheme, to be recognised for the silver award, criteria included proactively demonstrating no unfair disadvantage to the armed forces community in recruitment or selection processes, employing at least one Armed Forces member, actively ensuring all employees are aware of their positive policies and, in the case of reservists, ensuring they have paths to mobilisation, for example a minimum of five days additional leave in order to fulfill their duties.
